Tendon rehab protocol

 As mentioned in this podcast with Pete Dickinson.

  1. Rest up front (just a few days maybe, depending on the extent)
  2. Isometrics a few times a day
  3. Bipedal exercises
  4. Single-leg exercises
  5. Heavier

 I can imagine, depending on the injury, you might be running when you can do 3 or even 2.
