I’d tried Strava, Training Peaks, SportTrack, GarminConnect
and many other online sports tracking applications. I still use some of them.
But none had let me finally stop recording the runs manually.

Then I discovered WKO4, which is not an online tool but a
program you download and run on your computer.

It’s amazing! It automatically downloads your runs from
Training Peaks and then gives you the flexibility to look at the data you want of the time period you want. Fantastic!

The downside is you need a PhD to use it properly. But I’m getting by with the bountiful hoard of WKO4 videos I’ve found on YouTube.
